Leading mobility coach in Leicestershire

  • "I bought into the mobility coaching that Bryn offers, but I ended up getting so much more than that. I'm lifting weights more confidently and I feel more comfortable in a gym environment than I ever thought I would!"

    — Raj, 57, in-person coaching

  • "A few years ago I felt like I was in decline. Now, going into my 60s, I'm probably stronger than I've ever been in my life. Everyday activities are easier, and I genuinely enjoy my sessions. The coaching is empathetic, challenging, and tailored specifically to me. If a friend was on the fence, I'd say do it, don't leave it a day longer."

  • "Getting back into the gym after illness felt like a mountain — and I didn't want to feel patronised or awkward doing it. Now my strength and flexibility are as good as they've been in 20 years. My dressage coach has noticed a huge difference in my stability and core strength. Invest in doing something for yourself — it's never too late to start."

We’ll discuss your goals, any roadblocks, and how we’re going to overcome them.

My story

I came to mobility coaching the hard way. After suffering herniated lumbar discs, I learned first-hand how much the quality of your movement dictates not just your performance, but your ability to keep doing what you love. That experience shaped everything that followed.

Over more than a decade of coaching, I've built a practice centred on mobility, joint health, and the kind of sustainable, intelligent training that keeps people moving well for the long term. My clients are runners and active people who want to perform better and stay injury-free — not just for a season, but consistently.

In 2025 I took on running myself. Since then I've completed multiple ultra marathons without a single injury — not through luck, but through the same methodology I apply with every client: building from the ground up, prioritising movement quality, and letting performance follow.

If you're an active person who wants to move and feel better for years to come, you're in the right place.
